The Madrid workshop follows Atlas Network's Europe Liberty Forum 2024, the annual regional conference hosted by Atlas Networks. Please join us as we present a new perspective to Europe - one that support decarbonization efforts yet avoids heavy subsidies, heavy-handed regulations and tariff wars.

During this workshop, we will discuss how to break down barriers that inhibit investment in new energy sectors, and regulations which block market competition, among other topics. We aim to drill into the ideas within the Climate & Freedom Accord, which has been submitted as an amendment to the Paris Accord during COP28 in Dubai.
